Responsibilities:
- Understanding the overall Brand, Brand development & Communicate in different Medium
- Communicating the Brand positioning of Suryam as a Luxurious real estate brand in one's mind
- Executing the Ideas in different Mediums (i.e. Print, Digital, OOH, PR, and other different platforms) in such a way that will reach the right and targeted audience, Channel Partners.
- Responsible for the overall Branding & Marketing strategy and creating brand awareness.
- Responsible for Developing the marketing collateral
- Creating a strong brand presence in the market
- Responsible for the companies events, customer Engagement activities, and building a strong B to B channel (Channel partner network ) relationship
- Effective communication with Marketing/Digital/ PR agencies & other freelancers and dealing with them
- Responsible for efficient media planning for Digital & Print Media, OOH to execute Branding & Marketing strategy for the company as well as other Projects
- Responsible for the Strong Social Media Presence through the different engagement activities, creating and developing the different marketing and digital campaigns
- Responsible for the overall ATL / BTL & TTL activities
- Streamline all processes of the Marketing department. Generate MIS & Develop marketing analytics capability and other reports
